Kevlar is 15 times more abrasion-resistant than standard fabric uppers and 6 times greater than leather, making this one of the most durable shoes currently available. The DeWALT Crossfire Low has an aluminum toe for lightweight protection and a rugged TPU toe cap for additional abrasion resistance. A TPU shank has been added for additional stability and a soft padded collar for comfort. The ProComfort Insole has an ergonomic arch support, a quick-recovery polyurethane bottom layer, along with a layer of memory foam, providing for a customized fit and sustained cushioning.
